1. Introduction

Welcome to AAB Energy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including solar system sales, installations, and maintenance. By engaging with AAB Energy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Products and Services

AAB Energy provides solar energy systems, including consultation, supply, installation, maintenance, and monitoring. All installations are performed in accordance with Australian standards and applicable Clean Energy Council (CEC) regulations.


3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may change due to site-specific conditions, changes in government rebates or tariffs, or third-party supplier adjustments.
  • Any additional work required outside the scope of the quote may incur extra charges, subject to customer approval.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 30%) is required upon acceptance of the quote.
  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion of installation or as agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or recovery fees.

5. Government Rebates and Incentives

  • AAB Energy will assist in applying for applicable Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) or other government incentives.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring eligibility and must sign all necessary documents to assign STCs to AAB Energy as part of the discount applied.

6. Installation

  • Installations are scheduled subject to weather conditions, network approvals, and equipment availability.
  • Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.
  • The customer is responsible for providing site access and disclosing any structural or electrical issues that may affect installation.

7. Warranties

AAB Energy offers the following warranties:

  • Product warranties as provided by manufacturers (typically 10–25 years).
  • Workmanship warranty: 5–10 years on installation depending on the system.
  • Any faults or warranty claims should be reported via our support channels. We will coordinate repairs or replacements in accordance with warranty terms.

8. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAB Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of resupplying the relevant service or product.
  • We are not liable for system performance affected by shading, customer usage patterns, or changes in feed-in tariffs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is owned or licensed by AAB Energy. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.


10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.


11. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel prior to installation. Cancellation fees may apply for administrative or design work already undertaken.
  • Refunds will be processed in line with ACL requirements and any custom terms outlined in the signed agreement.

12. Force Majeure

AAB Energy is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, supplier shortages, or government regulations.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.


14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
